Benjamin Kardell
Benjamin is responsible for various financial & strategic initiatives for the company, including: capital raising, M&A, JV’s, corporate development, new business opportunities, existing business optimization and FP&A. Benjamin brings over 14 years of midstream and energy finance experience to Aspen where he has helped execute over 25 transactions, totaling over $10 billion of M&A transactions and over $6 billion in debt and equity capital raises.
Prior to joining Aspen Midstream, Benjamin spent five years in various corporate development and finance roles at EnLink Midstream, in addition to serving as a board observer representing EnLink's ownership interest in Howard Energy Partners. Previously, Benjamin began his career as an analyst with Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Benjamin received a BBA in finance from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
